Journal your Christmas

This year I will be attempting to scrap my Christmas, Every day our host Shimelle will be sending us prompts and we then have to scrap or journal that day. We start on the 1st of Dec and carry on until the 6th of Jan. I am so excited and have almost finished my cover. I am using a MM 8.5 x 11 3 ring album.

The reason I am doing this journal is that my husband to be and myself have been through so much in the 5 years we have been together, but this year marks the start of our life together. A new start, our first Christmas as an engaged couple. The first of many Christmases as a family.

I don't know if I will keep up, but I will be trying my hardest. And if it gets a little tough I will keep notes to catch up.

I will try and post my pages as I go, but I'll try not to bore you.

Productive weekend

OK I am on a roll!!! I managed to do...........3 1/2 LO's and 1 CJ entry woo hoo, I've never been so productive LOL I was determined to get some scrapping done this weekend, and once I got started I couldn't put my craft knife down.

My favourite is the one of Me and Him below :D I have started using circles on my LOs lately and in this one I used stickles to edge the circle. I do love a bit of bling lol and I used acetate with a stickles frame painted on it which I have never done before. I quite like the results.

I also did a LO of my beautiful niece Amber, its a photo from last summer. She loves being in her paddling pool. She really is a water baby! I used up some of one of my scrapagogo kits. I miss getting them through the post :( But I couldnt afford them anymore. I love the little chipboard buttons that coordinate with the pp. Really enjoyed using the lace as I have never used anything like that before. Have already started using a different lace on another LO.

Oh well if you would like to see the other LO done this weekend its over on UKS.

OH NO what have I done

I have signed up for Shimelle's journal your christmas class, yes thats right I have to scrap every day! I am not sure if I will be able to keep up but I will give it a good try!

Weekend off :) This weekend I am going to try and get at least 2 LOs done. will try and post again later am off to try and tidy my scrapping area!

NEW BLOG!

Well here it is, my new blog! Those of you that know me well will know why I have started a new blog . Its a chance to have a new start for me, so from here on in I will try and keep this new blog up to date.

I will try and post my latest LO's and tell you all about my friends and family.
